RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
** These terms are manually agreed-upon when checking our terms and conditions box during checkout.
All of our items are artisan-made so all sales are final and cannot be returned nor exchanged. All items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are considered final sales. Any amendments to your order must be made before the order has gone into production; within 1 hour of placing your order. We will replace any item that arrives with a manufacturing defect.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, customers must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Consult the SIZE GUIDE, available on every product page to ensure the optimal fit. Double-check your order information and size selection before completing your purchase.
SHIPPING POLICY
Please be understanding of COVID-19 Delays.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing, pending item availability, and payment verification, as most of our apparel is artisan-made for you when you place your order. We want to deliver the best quality possible.
Once we have delivered your package to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. We do take great care and will communicate with you accordingly. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with your tracking number to remedy the situation or set up redelivery. If items are returned to us we will contact you to set up a reshipment.
Items in your order may ship separately, as we use multiple fulfillment locations throughout the US and Europe. Some items maybe have location shipping available as an additional option. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for import duties and/or taxes imposed by your country's customs policies. These fees are not shipping costs and we have no control over how they are applied.
DISCOUNT CODES & TEMPORARY PROMOTIONS
Discount codes may not be combined with other discount codes. Offers may not be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, shipping fees, or taxes. Discount applied before shipping, handling, and tax. All items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are considered final sale. These items will not be eligible for return.
COVID-19 & POTENTIAL DELAYS
By way of COVID-19, please allow approximately an extra 5 business days to our normal production and processing timeline. Approximately 10-15 business days in total to allow time/space in our production team. This is due to social distancing rules in effect in our production facilities. You will receive tracking when your order is on its way
International Shipping: Carriers are seeing up to 2-3 month delays in transit in some cases. Unfortunately, we cannot change, cancel/refund your order once shipped.
Please Note: Delays are subject to change and can be further affected due to delays in transit. Unfortunately, transit delays are out of our hands and are under the jurisdiction of the courier in charge of delivering your order.
